Onboard the first client
Client onboarding opens only after the firm is approved and its Institutional pilot is active.
Before the first client
- Submit the firm application with the minimum legal, regulatory, and compliance-contact details.
- Use only the exact isolated pilot URL supplied by MacroGuru to upload the three required PDFs. File buttons remain off until quarantine, full-file malware and privacy scanning, clean-only custody, and administrator review pass live verification.
- Wait for MacroGuru to verify the exact current file versions and approve the firm.
- Use the supplied isolated billing URL to simulate the $10,000/year activation in Test Mode — no real charge. The production website opens no payment.
- Activate the firm workspace, then add the first client.
Add the relationship
- Open Clients and enter the client or family name and email.
- Choose the legal form and relevant countries from the lists.
- Record regulatory status. Choose “To be confirmed” when review is still in progress.
- Create the evidence checklist and update each item as it is requested, received, reviewed, and accepted.
- Invite the client principal to the included portal. After accepting, the principal manages delegates from the client portal.
You can save incomplete work. Missing evidence stays visible and blocks any approval that depends on it, but it does not erase the rest of the client setup.
Who can do what
Authorized firm staff manage onboarding and verify evidence. A client may provide information and documents, but cannot verify or waive their own evidence. Each client relationship includes one principal and up to four delegates. These portal identities never use the firm’s five staff access places and do not require another plan.
If document upload is unavailable
Do not email or work around the control. Keep the application saved and wait for MacroGuru to issue an enabled isolated pilot link after the dedicated custody release passes live proof.
