The agreement that governs your use of MacroGuru. The short version: this is research with receipts, not investment advice.
These Terms of Use are an agreement between you and Bloque Labs Private Limited (“we”, “us”) governing the MacroGuru website, content, and services at macroguru.app (the “Service”). By using the Service you accept these Terms. Effective date: July 4, 2026.
MacroGuru is a research publication, not an adviser. Everything on the Service — probabilities, scenarios, cascades, outlooks, playbooks, paper-trade logs — is general information and research commentary. Nothing is investment advice, a recommendation, an offer, or a solicitation to buy or sell any security, commodity, or digital asset, and nothing is personalized to your circumstances. We are not a registered investment adviser, broker-dealer, or research analyst under the laws of India, the United States, or any other jurisdiction. Consult a licensed professional before making investment decisions. You alone are responsible for your decisions.
Our numbers are probabilistic by construction: a 6% event is expected to happen about 1 time in 17. We publish our full track record — including misses — at macroguru.app/reality-check. Past performance, measured history, and calibration statistics do not guarantee future results. Paper-trading results are hypothetical, involve no real money, and carry the standard limitations of hypothetical performance.
Sign-in uses one-time email passcodes. You are responsible for the security of your email account and for activity under your session. We may suspend accounts that abuse the Service.
You agree not to: scrape at volumes that degrade the Service; resell or redistribute the data or content without written permission; misrepresent our forecasts (including cropping away probability intervals or resolution criteria); attempt to breach security; or use the Service where prohibited by law.
The Service — including the scenario library, derivations, datasets, text, and design — is owned by Bloque Labs Private Limited or its licensors and protected by law. We grant you a personal, non-exclusive, revocable license to use the Service for your own research. Short quotations with attribution and a link are welcome.
The Service links to and displays odds from third-party prediction venues (e.g., Polymarket, Kalshi) and other sources. We do not control them, do not endorse them, and are not responsible for their content, availability, or your dealings with them. Trading on any venue is your own decision and risk, and may be restricted in your jurisdiction.
THE SERVICE IS PROVIDED “AS IS” AND “AS AVAILABLE”, WITHOUT WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND, EXPRESS OR IMPLIED — INCLUDING ACCURACY, COMPLETENESS, MERCHANTABILITY, FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, AND NON-INFRINGEMENT. DATA MAY BE DELAYED, INCOMPLETE, OR WRONG.
TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, BLOQUE LABS PRIVATE LIMITED SHALL NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES, OR ANY LOSS OF PROFITS, DATA, OR TRADING LOSSES, ARISING FROM OR RELATED TO THE SERVICE. OUR AGGREGATE LIABILITY SHALL NOT EXCEED THE AMOUNTS YOU PAID US FOR THE SERVICE IN THE TWELVE MONTHS BEFORE THE CLAIM (OR ₹5,000 IF YOU PAID NOTHING).
You will indemnify Bloque Labs Private Limited against claims arising from your misuse of the Service or violation of these Terms.
We may modify the Service or these Terms; material changes will be posted here with a new effective date. We may terminate or suspend access for breach. You may stop using the Service at any time; sections that by nature survive (IP, disclaimers, liability, indemnity, law) survive.
These Terms are governed by the laws of India. Courts at Bengaluru, Karnataka shall have exclusive jurisdiction, subject to any mandatory consumer protections of your place of residence.
